What data we collect

When you submit a portfolio audit request, we collect: your name, title, company name, work email, phone number (optional), number of properties in your portfolio, and any message you choose to include.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your portfolio audit request and coordinate follow-up with your account team. Our legal basis is legitimate interest for operational follow-up.

Third parties

We use Resend for email delivery and Twilio for SMS notifications. Your data is stored in our self-hosted PostgreSQL database. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

Data retention

Active lead data is retained for 2 years from submission. UTM and referral attribution data is retained for 90 days. Login attempt logs are retained for 24 hours.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your data by emailing privacy@theroofmanager.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We do not use non-essential cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, tracking pixels, or behavioral advertising.
