1. Services

The Roof Manager provides roof portfolio auditing, Roof Maxx restoration coordination, and roofing contractor referral services for commercial and multifamily property portfolios.

2. Free portfolio audit

Our initial portfolio audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation. The audit covers five buildings or 20% of your portfolio, whichever is greater. Audit results are provided as a good-faith assessment and do not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of services.

3. Warranties

Roof Maxx treatments are backed by a 5-year transferable warranty administered by Roof Maxx Technologies. The Roof Manager coordinates service but does not directly provide the warranty. All warranty claims are handled through Roof Maxx Technologies.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Roof Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
